The “Naprzód” Foundation is made up of people engaged in both political and social activities. What unites us is a strong sensitivity to all forms of social injustice and a firm opposition to discrimination in all its forms, regardless of its sources or manifestations.
We advocate for a broader understanding of democracy, including economic democracy, workers’ rights, and meaningful forms of workers’ participation in decision-making processes. At the transnational level, we support cooperation based on mutual respect, agency, peace, and sustainable development, believing that only such an approach can form the foundation of a just social order.
Despite the existence of formal structures — a Management Board and a Programme Council — the Foundation operates in a deliberately low-hierarchy manner. Decisions and actions are developed collectively, based on the principles of consensus, shared responsibility, transparency, and mutual trust.
